Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed El-Ghariani
Dr. Mohamed El-Sayed El-Ghariani holds several prominent positions in the legal and academic fields. As the Secretary-General, he is the President of the Judges' Council and the Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Organization's Courts. Additionally, he serves as the Secretary-General of the Commission for European External Relations within the European Union, demonstrating his significant role in fostering international diplomatic relations. Dr. El-Ghariani is also the President of the European University Benelux Council, where he contributes to advancing higher education and research in Europe. Furthermore, he leads the European Agency Eurograph as its President and chairs the European Commission for Arab Media, highlighting his influence in promoting media and communication between Europe and the Arab world. International judge Chadi N. Daou
Judge Shadi Nasri Daou is an International Judge and Commissioner affiliated with the International Justice Organization (IJO) and serves as Executive Director of the IJO Beirut Office. In this capacity, he represents the Organization across Lebanon and the Middle East in matters relating to legal affairs, institutional relations, and international cooperation. Judge Daou oversees the implementation of the Organization’s legal, administrative, and strategic initiatives and acts as an authorized representative before governmental authorities, public institutions, private entities, and international organizations. He also coordinates official communications, facilitates regional and international conferences and seminars, and supports academic, cultural, and legal programs aligned with the mission and objectives of the International Justice Organization. In addition, Judge Daou plays a key role in managing institutional relations with ministries, security authorities, embassies, and international bodies, in accordance with the approvals and directives of the IJO General Secretariat based in The Hague, contributing to the strengthening of regional and international cooperation and the advancement of justice-related initiatives.
